You get the ♥ J lead. A cross-ruff is unlikely to work but it looks like you can ruff a Diamond or two to set up the suit.

You lead a low Club to the ♣ A hoping to find they behave, take the Diamond finesse, ruff a Diamond and still have Club entries to hand if you need to ruff another.

Whoops! Clubs don't behave.

Still try the Diamond finesse. When it wins ruff a low Diamond and notice with a sigh of relief that the ♦ K drops.

Now you know West has no Trumps so cash the ♦ A and the ♦ Q. 

Continue with the Diamonds.

If West ruffs you over-ruff and exit with a Spade. If West doesn't ruff you throw away Spades then finesse in Clubs.

You make 5♣ and get a shared Top .. the two people in 5♣ both went three down!
