Chinese Banquet |
A good time was had by all on Friday at our chinese banquet.
The food was lovingly cooked by Gabiel and Rina Ip, aided by Giles, with help from Gail doing the chopping.
A huge thank you to Gabriel for offering us this experience of authentic far eastern cuisine.
We had an enjoyable game of bridge following the meal, and it was a pleasure to see two tables of newbies playing minibridge alongside the main game.

Cashless Payments |
We want to make payments and deductions as easy as possible, allowing us to concentrate on playing bridge. Whether you are playing in person, or online, your payment for the session will be handled electronically. C&NWBC uses BridgeWebs to record participation in games of bridge, which then results in deductions from your C&NWBC account balance.
The preferred method is via electronic advance payment, either an ad hoc bank transfer or a regular standing order to the bridge club account. Alternative methods of payment can be arranged with the Treasurer if necessary.
A single payment account can be used for a couple’s play at the club.
Full details are available at Cashless Payment Process (updated 1st April 2024).
