Welcome to the Wests City Bridge Club Newcastle web site. For those who are not familiar with us, we are a small friendly bridge club (registered with ABF) which plays every Monday at Wests City Newcastle Club  (the old Workers Club) on the corner of King and Union Sts in Newcastle.

Parking is not a problem as there is an underground car park with its entry located in King Street. Wests very generously allow our bridge players to park inside on Mondays free of charge. Take a ticket on entry, then bring the ticket into the Club with you.

The entry to the Games Room where we play bridge is straight opposite the front Reception Desk. Our fee for the day is only $3 for members ($5 for visitors), and we register to play at 9.50 am. We begin play at 9.50am  and play until 12 midday stopping for lunch for approximately half an hour. The Wests bistro has a range of sandwiches, wraps, toasties, cakes and hot meals, at  very reasonable prices. They also make a great cup of coffee. After lunch we play on until about 2 - 2:30pm, but never later than 2:30pm. This allows players to pick up grandchildren or attend appointments etc.

We can occasionally accommodate visitors, or if you would like to join Wests City Bridge Club.
