MEMBERS RESOLUTION
A member wishing to move a resolution at the AGM on the 12th of January 2025 shall give notice thereof in writing to the honorary secretary not less than 21 days before the date of such meeting
The ( 22nd of December 2024 ). A seconder will be necessary for such a resolution.
This will be exhibited on the wall of the hall in which we play, at least 14 days before the date of the AGM .
