There are new EBU Blue Book and White Book updates (as of end July / start August 2024) - changes can be found on the EBU website.

Safeguarding note - we are asked to remind club members with children who play online bridge that for any Realbridge event played with screens, parents should be aware that their child will be alone online with any adult playing in the event. It is suggested that a parent is present in the room when the child is playing.

Shaftesbury Bridge Club meet on Monday evenings and Wednesday afternoons.

Evening play starts at 7.00pm. so players should make every effort to arrive by 6.45pm. We normally finish the evening's play by 10pm

Afternoon play starts at 1.45pm, so players should arrive by 1.30pm. We normally finish by about 5pm.

Anyone arriving later than the expected arrival time may not be able to play if play has already started. 

We play at the British Legion Hall, Coppice Street, Shaftesbury SP7 8PF.

New Prospective Members are most welcome.

We are obviously not playing on December 25th and January 1st, but following a straw poll last night we have enough support to play on Monday 23rd December and Monday 30th December.
