5. In competitive auctions, the FIVE LEVELBELONGSTO THE OPPONENTS.
6. In competitive auctions, use PRINCIPLEOF MINIMUM REGRET to decide whether to compete. Ex. Two -50's are better than 2 -420's
7. Don't double part scores without a TRUMPSTACK.
S. BE BOLD ON DEFENSE: Risk -an overtrick to defeat the contract.
9. When declaring, MAKEYOUR CONTRACT. Don't risk it to make overtricks. It's ok to go down 3 to try to make the contract, rather than taking the safe play to go down only 2.
10. DON'T DOUBLEPARTSCORES.
11. Make SOUND PREEMPTS(AK seventh, KQJ seventh)
12. Make FRISKY RAISESTO THE TWO-LEVEL. The opponents ain't gonna double them.
