2021 Results |
Congratulations to
Gloucestershire 'A', Hertfordshire 'B' and Gloucestershire 'C'
for winning their respective divisions.
Links to overall results are on the right hand side of this page.
They haven't come out entirely as I expected...
Although I am fairly confident that the software has scored the event using Cross-IMPs (though it isn't transparent on Bridgewebs), it has not merged the two halves of each 10-board match. So in fact the VPs are as if you have played eight (or ten) 5-board matches.
In the overall rankings, the Cross-table represents the VPs scored in the second half only. I have therefore re-produced the first half results, which can be found via the results calendar on the left-hand menu. I hope that you will find that the VPs then add up correctly!

2022 Results |
Congratulations to:
- Kent for winning the 'A' Division
- Surrey for winning the 'B' Division
- Herts for winning the 'C' division.
Full results can be accessed via links on the right.
Hertfordshire just pipped defending champions Gloucestershire to regain the 'C' division title that they had held for four years prior to lockdown.
Kent win the title for the first time since 2009, whilst this is Surrey's first win in any of the divisions.

2023 Results |
Congratulations to:
- Kent for retaining their 'A' Division title
- Warwickshire for winning the 'B' Division
- Northants for winning the 'C' division.
Full results can be accessed via links on the right.
In addition to the prize money & (virtual) trophy, these teams qualify by right to defend their titles next year.
(Should they nevertheless win their regional leagues, then the second place team in that league will be invited to represent the region).
Northants are the first side to be champions having benefitted from this new qualification policy: They finished as divisional runners up in the ECL, behind Herts who had qualified automatically as title holders.
