NEW HERTFORD BRIDGE CLUB WEB SITE |
We are a friendly club and play duplicate bridge on Tuesday evenings in the Waterford Village Hall. Sessions start promptly at 19:30. You should be seated by 19:20 in order to allow time to set the movement. If you are unavoidably delayed call 07842 899603
Visitors are welcome and their first two sessions are free. If you would like to play but do not have a partner - visitor or member, please contact the chair or secretary and we will do our best to find you a partner. Non-members may not play on club competition evenings. Please check the calendar.
Membership is £10 per annum; table money is £2.50 or, for visitors, £3.50 (after first two free sessions). See box below on how to pay.
We do not offer bridge training ourselves but nearby Welwyn Garden Bridge Club runs an extensive teaching programme from beginner through to intermediate - www.bridgewebs.com/welwyngardencity
Waterford is located on the road to Stevenage, the A119, about 1.5 miles north of Hertford. The Village Hall is on the right just as you enter the village coming from Hertford.
A location map can be found by clicking on the side menu 'where and when'. For more information please contact the Secretary, Amanda Barnes on 01992 505688, or Chair, Glen Parry on 07817 644092
