NEW - A Friday afternoon session is starting on 21 March at 1.00 pm for a 1.15 start at Hartlip Village Hall, The Street, Hartlip, ME9 7TL. To start with, we will be running a Host system so you don't necessarily need to have a partner to take part.


We have recently been told of the sad passing of Eunice Tope a previous member of Medway Towns Bridge Club.  Eunice died peacefully in October and hailed originally from Totnes in Devon. She worked as a Chemistry Teacher at Rochester Grammar School, was a regular player at our Club and partnered some of our current members, who will remember her fondly.  Eunice also served as Club President during her membership here.

Did you know that you can practice your declarer play on Bridge Base Online (BBO) - just log on to BBO, select 'Practice' and then 'Bridge Master' - there are 5 levels, each with several dozen hands and it even has the answers if you cannot solve the problem - and it's free to use.

Medway Towns Bridge Club

is affiliated to the EBU.

 

We are a friendly, relaxed Club and welcome members from Rainham, Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Strood and the surrounding areas.

Face to Face

We play Face to Face at the following Venues:-

Monday Evenings
St.Luke's Methodist Church Hall, junction of St Williams Way and City Way, Rochester ME1 2BQ
Play starts promptly at 7:30 pm. Please arrive by 7.15.
 
Thursday Mornings
All Saints Parish Hall, Church Green (junction with Murray Road), Frindsbury, ME2 4HE.
Play starts promptly at 9.45 am. Please arrive by 9.30.

Club Competitions 2025 Results

Congratulations to the following:- Peter Moulden/Michel Riley and Eileen/Keith Reynolds who won the Alison Bethune Seeded Teams Competition, which was held on Monday 17 February 2025. 

Mai Monk and Del Reddick, who won the Cockhill Cup - Pairs Competitionwhich was held on Tuesday 14 January 2025.
