Regular Partners Competition

Our plans to hold this in February have not gone to plan as numbers have been low due to holidays. We need a minimum of four tables for matchpoint scoring to be valid. We will decide on the night depending on the number of players. We hope to start soon and aim to have it on three consecutive weeks.

  Each partnership score is calculated from the average of the best two results and the third result is discarded.  So don't worry if one week goes disastrously!

Simultaneous Pairs

February 25th is also Cumbrian SIMS and the same hands will be played across the county and all our results ranked. The results are analysed and one pair will be given the chance to represent the County in the National 9 High Curwen Trophy, an online event later in the spring.
