1. Feedback from David Milne on ESSC matters raised at the committee meeting

It is not possible to isolate the heating control within the Bridge room, so as to provide extra warmth when needed, as the whole building is regulated on one system. They will adjust the temperature upon request.  A thermostat is to be requested for the Bridge room.

2. Vote on preferred alternative:  Denvilles or Westbourne

The outcome was 10:10

3. Vote on move to Denvilles or stay at ESSC 

2 for Denvilles and 18 for ESSC

4. Vote to move to Westbourne or stay at ESSC

2 for Westbourne and 18 for ESSC

The final decision made was to remain at the ESSC.
