Our ‘Bridge for All’ tournament on Sunday 15^th September was a great success. It was all very enjoyable and the pictures capture it well.

We had 22 full tables making it the largest event our club has ever run.

It took a lot of people a lot of time and effort to make it happen and run smoothly but it was all well worth it.

Congratulations to our prize winners:

• Lynne and Chris Button for best N/S pair;
• Richard Devas and Ralph Holliday for best E/W pair;
• Trixie Jerreat and Sue Russell for their slam bid and made.  

We raised a total of £1525 which will go to Cancer Research UK:

• After the cost of hall hire, ticket sales raised £900;
• The raffle organized by Buckingham U3A raised a further (staggering) £625.
