AGM Sunday 6th October 2024

This year’s AGM will be again held by video conference over the internet at 2pm on Sunday, 6th October. The link for the meeting will be added to the website nearer the day.

The meeting itself will be short as all the officer reports will be published on here in advance (along with the short agenda) and only questions on the reports will be addressed during the AGM.

Questions about reports should be submitted to the HBA Secretary by September 8th. Likewise for any Motions for Debate (which should be proposed and seconded) or proposals for the choice of our next Marjorie Lukyn charity.

The HBA Committee for 2024/5 will also be elected at the AGM. If you wish to nominate anyone for the Committee please use the attached form.

The AGM requires a quorum of 30 HBA members to attend and hopefully you will be able to join. A sign-up sheet for members intending to attend has been set up so that the number of attendees can be monitored.

Berkhamsted bridge club invite you to join us on Tuesday 10^th September for a taste of our weekly duplicate bridge evening.

We meet at Berkhamsted Town Hall, 1^st floor, every Tuesday evening for a prompt 7pm start, finishing approximately 10.00pm.

Table money, £3 members, £4 visitors.

All proceeds will be donated to the EBU’s

We are a very friendly and welcoming duplicate bridge club. We meet at the Town Hall, 1st floor, every Tuesday evening for a prompt 7pm start finishing approximately 10.00pm

Annual Membership is £10 per year from 1st September.

Table money is £3 per person, £4 per visitor.
