Jan and Peter Sardina have acquired ACBL Life Master status!
Jan first learned how to play bridge in1979 when a group of friends started a monthly bridge group. She played with the group for 40 years until she moved to Mt. Juliet, TN. Peter learned how to play bridge in 1964 with a group of neighbors in New York.
When Jan and Peter first met in 1986, they discovered that they had a common interest -playing bridge. One of their favorite activities was going to their local bridge club in San Dimas, California where they learned how to play duplicate bridge. Through the years, they have attended many tournaments in Southern California.
After moving to Mt. Juliet, TN in 2019, Peter and Jan joined the Lake Providence Bridge Club. They decided to start their “Life Master” journey in 2022 by traveling to various regional bridge tournaments in North Carolina, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Atlanta, Louisville, Hilton Head, Charleston, and Huntsville. Finally, after a Sectional Tournament, they picked up enough gold points to achieve Life Master status.
Jan is also a certified ACBL Instructor and Club Director.
