Welcome to Trilogy Duplicate Bridge Club
Web Site

The BridgePal scoring system, developed in England, integrates with this web site.  At the end of a session, the person who is running the laptop merely transmits the results to Bridgewebs, and they can be accessed by the viewer.

Click on the blue bar under results to the right or click on "results" to the left and then find the session for which you wish to view the results. By clicking on your partnership, you can see your scorecard for the session.

To sign up for a future session: click on "membership" in the menu list, enter your email address and the password "member" (you can change this if you wish) check "PL" for play by the appropriate session and enter the name of your partner, then click "confirm."  Use the same procedure if you need to unregister for session: Uncheck the "PL" box and don't forget to check "confirm." Check the "PR" box if you are looking for a partner.

Hint: To create a shortcut to this site on a Windows computer using Edge or Chrome as a browser: While the site is open, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner, then click on "more tools" then click on "create shortcut". An icon with a capital T should appear on your desktop. by clicking on this icon at any time should open this site. Using Safari: while the site is open, tap the share icon (the square with arrow pointing out of it), scroll down to the list of actions and tap"add to home screen."

The BrigePal Scoring System

During play, the Bridge Score program running on the laptop, communicates with the Kindle Fire tablets at each table wirelessly using a dedicated Local Area Network (LAN). The router for this network is identified as TP-Link_AE54. This network is isolated from the internet because activity on the internet will interfere with the scoring process. On the other hand the Trilogy Duplicate Bridge Club website, of course, is on the internet.  This means that Wi-Fi access on the laptop must be set to "TP-Link_AE54" during play and to "Cascade Club" in order to view the website or upload the results. Instructions for setting up and running the BridgePal system are here: Bridgepal instructions.pdf
