Situated in the beautiful Cairngorms National Park, Strathspey Bridge Club was formed in 2021 after the amalgamation of the two long established local Bridge Clubs, Grantown and Cairngorm.
We offer both online and face-to-face bridge, and whichever format we use, we pride ourselves on being welcoming and open to all who are interested in the marvellous game of bridge.
Our club is affiliated to the Scottish Bridge Union and, as well as club play, members have the opportunity to play in Highland District and National events, in both pairs and teams formats.
Anyone interested in joining the club can contact us using the link at the foot of this page, and we welcome all standards of players, as well as being able to offer access to tuition for complete beginners.

Minnie Lorimer 2024 |
The annual Minnie Lorimer competition was held on Sunday 15th September in the Boat of Garten Community Hall.
We had 36 players and the event was preceded by an excellent buffet lunch, provided by the Bridge Club committee and quite a number of willing volunteers. Thanks to all of those who helped make the afternoon a great success
This face to face competition has been played now for many years and this year's winners were Trish Davis & Ian Sloan (N/S) and Joan Cairns & Isy MacEachern (E/W). Congratulations go out to the winners and a big thank you to all those who participated.
The picture above shows the trophy winners with our vice president, Anne Aitken, who presented the silver salvers.
