The Sligo/Yeats Country Congress June 9th, 2018

Well done to Gay Keaveney, Enda Glynn, along with their teammates Karel deRaeymaeker and Conor Boland on coming first in the Congress Teams which took place in Sligo on Sunday 9th June.
Also to Declan Harte, Margaret McCarthy along with their teammates Joanne Naaijkens, Harry Naaijkens on coming first in the Intermediate section.

Senior Camrose- Teltscher Trophy, 18th May 2018


Ireland came third out of the six teams competing in the Senior Camrose event which took place in Wales,18th-20th May 2018. Gay Keaveney and Enda Glynn along with their teammates Micheal O’Briain, Padraig O’Briain, BJ O’Brien, Ranald Milne put up a tough fight. See results here.

Three in a row for Enda Glynn at the Carlow Congress 6-7th May 2018. Enda and his partner Joan Kenny won the Congress Mixed Pairs, Congress Pairs and Congress teams along with Des Houlihan and Paul Barrett. A terrific performance.

Camrose -Session 2(2) April 6th-8th, 2018


The CBAI team fought a tough battle and finished 3rd out of the six teams that competed in the Camrose this weekend (April 6th-8th) in Dublin. The event ran over 3 days with 10 Stanzas- 16 boards in each. Representing the CBAI team were Gay Keaveney, Enda Glynn, David Walsh, Pat McDevitt, Peter Goodman and Ciaran Coyne. Hard luck to Gay Keaveney & Enda Glynn, who were just beaten at the final hurdle of the  IBU Team Trials, â€“ a truly magnificent final.
The event ran over 3 days with 10 stanzas  -16 boards in each (160 Boards in total), 26-28th Jan 2018 in Dublin.

Burke Trophy Qualifiers and Cork Congress

Congratulations to May O' Sullivan, Liam Faherty, Deirdre Quin and Lynn Duffy on qualifying for the Burke Trophy on Sunday 21st Jan 2018. The Burke Trophy will take place in Clane 22nd Feb 2018.

O' Connor and Burke Trophies, Team Qualifiers

Team Qualifiers for both Intermediate(O'Connor Trophy) and Masters(Burke Trophy).

Camrose, 5th January 2018
