Club Information |
The club is located in the village of Prestbury in East Cheshire, close to the Peak District and within 20 minutes of Manchester airport. The club was founded in 1991 with the aim of providing friendly and competitive duplicate bridge once a week for local area residents. Prestbury is a thriving club and has a membership of around 60.
The venue is Prestbury Village Hall, shown here, where it meets every Tuesday at 7:30pm. We are affiliated to the EBU and use bridgemate devices to simplify scoring and accelerate the reporting of results.
The club supports the East Cheshire Hospice and, over the past 33 years, has donated nearly £100,000 mainly by way of annual subscriptions.
