FINCHAMPSTEAD DUPLICATE BRIDGE CLUB
I hereby give notice that an Annual General Meeting of the above club will take place in April of each year.
The agenda will be as follows:
- Apologies for absence
- Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM
- Chairman’s report
- Secretary’s report
- Treasurer’s report
- Membership fees and table money
- Any other business
If any members have matters they wish to raise could they please notify the Committee prior to the AGM so that any necessary facts can be researched before the AGM.
