The regional teams’ qualifier will be held this Sunday 26 th January 2025 in the Galway Bridge Centre.
This is a two session even so have a good breakfast. There will be a short break where tea and coffee will be provided.
This qualifier is open to Masters, Intermediate A’s, Intermediate B’s and Novices. The cost of entry is 80 euro per team. (20 per person)

Qualifiers for the national teams finals will be held in the Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaois on 22nd /23rd March 2025. If you are not available for this date, please do not enter.

Welcome to the website of the Western Region of the Contract Bridge Association of Ireland.
The CBAI is the national body that administers the game of contract bridge across the 26 counties of Ireland.
This national association is made up of various regional branches including the Western Region which administers the game in County Galway.

Each region is run by a committee comprised of representatives of the affiliated clubs. The region's officers (President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc,) are elected at the AGM which is traditionally held in December. The position of President rotates equally between the various clubs of the region.
