HAPPY NEW YEAR - 2025!    
 

  •  Senior Olympics:  Sunday January 19th at 1 pm is the city of Tucson's Senior Olympics Bridge game, which is being held at Adobe's main hall.  Pre-registration is encouraged and the City of Tucson will be at at Adobe on Tuesday Jan 14th between 11:45 and 12:15 pm.  Registration forms are available at the club, and can be filled out ahead of time.  the cost is $15 per pair and exact cash or a check (made out to the City of Tucson) are appreciated.  Questions?  Contact Pam at Pam.krisak@hotmail.com.   

  • January is Junior Fund month - Adobe will be holding Junior Fund game (in which you can earn extra masterpoints) on the following days:  Tuesday 14th, Thursday 16th and Wednesday 22nd.  All game with more 18 boards will be Junior fund games. 
  • February 7th at 11:15 - Join us to celebrate the life of our bridge friend,  Diana M. Humphreys.  Diana was one of our founding Directors at Las Candelas Bridge Club and continued to direct throughout its 14 year history. She was given a special commendation by the club in 2015 for her dedication and commitment to its success. She was much loved by the members and will be sorely missed by the Tucson bridge community. She loved to play bridge despite some visual impairments and mobility issues in recent years and was a constant fixture at table 2 of our club at least 3 days a week.  Diana's daughter, Jenny will be joining us.  We will share our memories of Diana's and enjoy some of her favorite foods.  
     
  • First Unit Game of 2025 will be on February 2nd - at Adobe Bridge Center.  Join us for lunch at 12:30 - Game starts at 1 pm.  Open and NLM sections.  Reservations CLICK HERE
     
  • New tables fees for 2025 - Afternoon games will be $8 (Tokens pls) for all players.  Morning games will remain at $6 (or one $6 token) - this excludes the Mentor games with will be $16 per partnership.   NLM players, you will be able to upgrade your $6 tokens for $8, when at the club.  
     
  • Library  - Our library is online!  Check It Out  or go to the "Home Page" menu tab to access.
  • Play & Learn games  - Monday with Brad Leach.   Tuesday P&L games are back with Barb Rosenthal.   
  • Adobe has transitioned to a cashless payment system.  All morning games (excluding the Pro-am Mentor games) will have an table fee of $6. The afternoon games will have an table fee of $8.  For purchasing tokens online, click here   Tokens can be brought at the Club via cash or check.  If you have questions or need clarifications, please contact Penny Storry.

 As always reservations are recommended but not required.

  PLAY BRIDGE F2F MONDAY thru FRIDAY

Adobe Bridge Center is open Monday through Friday.  

  • Open Games are held Monday - Friday at 12:30 PM. Cost is $8 unless otherwise posted. Non-Life Masters who play in the Open pay $6

  • A 499er Game is held at 12:30 PM on Wednesdays. Cost is $6 unless otherwise posted

  • Play and Learn 12 board games every Monday and Tuesdays.   For players with under 500 points on Mondays and under 600 points Tuesday morning at 9 AM.
