Players need to be sitting in their playing position 5-10 minutes before the start to allow the Director to set the movement.

This event will run for 10 consecutive Monday evenings, starting on the 6th January 2025
Learners are eligible to play in the first competition after they finish two sets of of lessons and for the 2 following years.
Players are only allowed to win the competition once.
Players need to be club members and need to play with the same partner. Their top 5 scores are counted towards the final total.
Players who participate in the club championship pairs are not eligible to play in the novice championship pairs.
Players coming to the lessons as a refresher course may not be eligible to win the cup.

Bridge Beginners Lessons £65 for the course
Starting on the Monday 31st March 2025 at 7 pm with an introduction and registration
then each consecutive Monday.
Eight lessons each 2 3/4 hours long.
Learn to play this great game in a
relaxed friendly atmosphere.

| The Club |
 Founded in 1936 and with its own premises, Wigan Bridge Club lies on the outskirts of the Town Centre overlooking Mesnes Park.
The club has one major playing room upstairs with 11 tables and 2 playing rooms downstairs holding 5 and 4 tables.
The club is available for rubber bridge, private matches or private sessions on request
There is a well stocked bar, with friendly staff on hand, ready to serve you alcohol, tea, coffee and soft drinks with a welcoming smile.
