Morning members, as part of the Bridge promotion "It's a big deal" York are inviting several local clubs to the following. There will several events taking place during that week in Sept and on our home page there is an advert for the bridge golf event hosted by York BC. Pairs may wish to consider the below advert. I will bring flyers to the club.

Inter-Club Challenge in aid of:
Saturday 14th September

Held at York BC

Participating pairs from local clubs will compete for a 1st, 2nd, & 3rd prize as to the best score for their chosen Club

Clubs may enter multiple pairs where their Club scores will be aggregated for an average
•
We aim to play 24-27 boards with a short tea/coffee break
•
Electronic scoring and TD by volunteers
•
Presentation of winning Club awards at end
•
Voluntary cash donations please in aid of Cancer Research UK gratefully accepted. No table fees
•
Please be seated by 12:50pm for a 1:00pm start
•
Plenty of parking, lift sharing encouraged, & disability access
•

Hosted at the York Bridge Club with all facilities provided free of charge to support this worthwhile endeavour. This Challenge is run by York Bridge Club members but is not a York Bridge Club event.
