To facilitate a prompt start 1.20pm please be in the hall by 1.15pm

We have to be finished and out of the hall by 4.20pm

- Please bring the exact money if you possibly can.
- Please DO NOT bring lots of small denomination coins.
If you are stuck please bring £5 or £10 note.

I suggest you make contact with your partner at the weekend just to check you are both expecting to play or not play. Especially if it not your usual partner.
I will email you all my mobile number. I will try to have my phone turned on on Monday afternoon. Then you can phone if you are held up for any reason ...... or not coming.

| Parking spaces |
Please DO leave the parking spaces near to the door for those who need them.
Please DO park on area beside the hall and drive on as far as you can.
Please DO NOT
- go into the hall until 1.05pm
- park beside the lowered pavement which allows disabled access to the hall & cafe

DO NOT PARK ON THE PAVEMENT at ANY time. It has been repaved and must not be damagedThank you.
