PARTNER NEEDs to be arranged Prior to the game,ON THURSDAY's AT THE BOWLS CLUB
From THURSDAY 11th September, it will be necessary for you to have an arranged partner, to guarantee that you are able to
get a game.
It has been necessary for me to do this, so that I am able to have at least one game a week myself.
Mondays and Tuesday will remain the same- you can come without an arranged partner.
If you want a game on Thursday and do not have a partner, please message or ring me by 10AM on the Thursday Morning and I will endeavour to find you someone.
Phone. 0410652298.
Also please arrive at Bridge at least 15-20 minutes before we start, so that I am able to calculate how many tables are playing that day.
It is difficult and time consuming to change the movement when people turn up at the last minute.
Thanks for listening.

PORTSEA BRIDGE
Bridge has been played at PORTSEA for over 20 years, with numbers fluctuating throughout the years and seasons.
At present, we sometimes have 7-8 tables, but other times only 3-4.
I know a lot of people are away, enjoying warmer weather etc. but if you can support us, throughout this time, it would be greatly appreciated.
You can always come without a partner ( the Director is always free to fill the gaps).
Please message or ring me if you need any more information. 0410652298
I would also like to create a list of people, who would be willing to fill the 4th seat (in the case of having a table with only 3 people).Much better having a full table , rather than a 1/2 table.
Let me know if you dont mind being rung at 9:26 am to see if you are able to play. ( No playing fees)
Thanks,
Jill

If you do not wish to have your Birth Month included in our newsletter, please indicate to me- Jill and it will not be added.
If you have any items of interest regarding Bridge, please let us know.
Also favourite recipes, jokes etc.

SOUTHERN PENINSULA COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Over the past couple of years, you the Bridge Family, have been very generous, when we have reached out for support for this Organisation.
After having a tour of their premises in Rosebud last week, we have decided to continue that support.
They support anyone struggling to exist in our Society at present, so we are looking for donations of food items that can be easily accessed and toiletries of any type.
There will be a collection point at each of our Bridge Sites.
The Peninsula Community have been very generous, but there is an increasing demand for their services every day, so your continued support is very much appreciated, by all.
