Welcome to the Livesey Bridge Club.

We hold duplicate bridge sessions each Monday evening (except certain bank holidays) at Sydenham library.

When & Where

Sessions start at 7.00pm on Mondays (except certain bank holidays) at the Sydenham Community Library, Sydenham Road, SE26 5SE. See "Calendar" for details.

Parking is available in Fairlawn Park (please do not park in Wattlington Grove). There are also a few side roads opposite the Library with limited parking. Buses stop immediately outside the Library.

Visitors are welcome and guaranteed a partner.

General Information

Sessions start on time. Please be seated well in advance of play.

The table money for each session is £5.00 for members (£2.50 students) and £6.00 for visitors.

Annual membership fee is £5.00 from 10 June 2024.

All members and visitors are subject to the "Constitution and Rules" of the Livesey Bridge Club and the by-laws of the relevant premises.

Protocol for bridge updated March 2022

The Club will aim to provide the safest environment reasonably possible, but recognises that Covid-19 risk cannot be eliminated completely. Players must therefore make their own decisions as to whether they feel confident to attend and play bridge face to face (FtF). Following the Government's lifting of the Plan B measures, there is no legal requirement to wear face masks in indoor settings such as libraries.
