I would like to wish you a very warm welcome to the City of Lincoln Bridge Club.

We are a friendly club which offers something for everyone:

• Lessons for absolute beginners and more experienced players looking to improve their game
• Weekly duplicate sessions for all, with computer-dealt hands and bridgemates for ease of scoring
• Additional challenges for our best players, e.g. representing us in county and regional competitions.

We run four Bridge events over the course of each week:

• Mondays 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm: Duplicate Session in Reepham Village Hall, Hawthorn Rd., LN3 4DU
• Tuesdays: Bridge School for Beginners (2.30 pm - 4.00 pm) and Improvers (4.15 pm - 6.15 pm) in Saxilby (please contact Tina Page on 07840 750779 or tinapage5@yahoo.co.uk for more information)
• Wednesdays 1.15 pm - 4.15  pm: Duplicate Session at the Lindum Sports Association, St. Giles Avenue, LN2 4PE
• Thursdays 6.30 pm - 9.00 pm: Bridge Practice on RealBridge (please see below, and the RealBridge section of this website, for further details)

New players and visitors are very welcome. If you need a partner, please contact us and we will try to find you one.

We have received some sad news from Elaine’s daughter, Anne. Elaine passed away peacefully last night. Like me, I am sure you will all be very sorry to hear this. Elaine was one of the founder members of the City of Lincoln Bridge Club, as well as being an incredibly good Bridge player. She was also an amazing lady and a wonderful friend - with a wicked sense of humour! She will be sorely missed. We will let you know about any funeral arrangements as soon as we can. Tina

Our weekly lessons will not be taking place in Saxilby from the 28th of May to the 9th of July (inclusive dates) as Tina is away.

We have, therefore, arranged weekly supervised Bridge Practice sessions for our Beginners and Improvers at Reepham Village Hall from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm every Tuesday during this period.

Our club is affiliated to the Lincolnshire Contract Bridge Association, as well as the EBU.

The next county event is:

• Sunday 7th July - 13.30 - Herbert Trophy (a "free to enter" pairs event after the AGM)

These events take place at Dunholme Village Hall. (Further details can be found on the Lincolnshire Contract Bridge Association website.) Please try to support them if you are able to. They are a good opportunity to meet other players from around the county - as well as being great fun!
