Welcome to Colonial Duplicate Bridge Club
Virtual Bridge Games

Colonial Bridge Club will continue hosting virtual bridge games on BBO on Fridays at 12:15.  If you have never played on BBO before, you will need to get a BBO username (moniker).  The game will show up 2 hours before game time.  You will be able to register at that time.  You will need to get a partner in advance.  You will play 18 boards.  The card fee is $5.  We have "pooled" our players, so if you played in Dianne's games or Tom's game or at the PBC, you can still participate in any of the games under the "Colonial" label.  If you have any questions, you can email me at childebrand1@me.com.  We will also have a game Wednesday at 1:15 and Wednesday at 6:45.  "See you at the games!"

Alzheimer's Benefit Results

There was a fouled board in the first 7 rounds.  I scored the board as fouled but I want to take a look at the results and may make some adjustments.  I have received several emails from players wanting to see the results.  So, I am posting them, but THEY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  Thank you all so much for playing today and for your generous donations.  I tried to upload the results to ACBL Live and it will not upload the format with the fouled board.  I will make some adjustments and upload the results when I can.  I am working 8-11 pm, so it may not be until tomorrow.

Games Closed until Further Notice

Since we want to make sure eveyone stays safe, we are suspending all face to face bridge games until further notice.  We do not know when this will be, so check back to this website for additional information.  I will send out an email once we are open again.  Please email me your email address if you are not listed in the most recent directory or if you have not received an email from me in the last week or two.

Stay safe!   My email is childebrand1@me.com.

ACBL Live for Clubs

If you want to receive your results by email automatically after you play in a club game or at a tournament, go to www.acbl.org and go to MY ACBL.  Click on the box allowing the ACBL to send you emails.  Then you will be signed up to receive your results when you play.

Winter Weather Policy

If the Williamsburg-James City County Schools are closed due to weather, we will be closed.  If they are on a two-hour delay, we will hold the game.
