The new Committee for 2026 is:.

Peter Holmes - President,  Kay Smith - Vice Pres and Catering,  Peter Radford - Secretary and MP Secretary, Norma Hodgson - Treasurer, and Roe Cumming, Coral Day, Bill Johns, Geoff Rintala, Marjorie Phillips, Di Fitzpatrick - General Committee members.

If any members have suggestions or concerns about the way the Club can be improved, please talk to one of the Committee, and that item can then be discussed at the next Committee meeting.

Bridge Congresses

Saturday 29th August - Benalla Swiss Pairs

Entries will be through bridgeunlimited, and should be accessible from July 17th. Save the date and come and experience a day of playing bridge against folk from other clubs, and in a different format to our normal Duplicate sessions. There will be a prize for the best local pair, and also prizes in 3 different categories of masterpoints - Novice (0-50), Restricted (50-200), and Open (200+)

On Wednesday 26th August, we will be taking part in the Australia Wide Open Pairs event - there are booklets given out after the session with hints on how to bid and play the hands.

Welcome to Benalla Bridge Club.  We meet at the Benalla Senior Citizens clubrooms, Fawckner Drive, Benalla for duplicate pairs on

Mondays at 7 pm, and  Wednesdays at 1pm.

Benalla Bridge Club welcomes guests, who are invited to arrive 1/2 hr before start of play.

Table fees are $2 per player. Coffee/Tea and biscuits are provided.

Any members who need to arrange a partner for either Monday night or Wednesday afternoon, can do so by sending Peter Holmes or Max Richards a message. Try to give as much notice as possible, so that others have enough time to respond to your request.

If you are running a little late for a session, please let someone know that you will definitely be there - once or twice, we have been in "limbo", not knowing exactly how many tables to organise the session movement for.
