From little things, big things grow |
Well, from little things nothing has grown as yet. So, back to the drawing board for 2025. Having got the Summer Nationals out of the way, and the "last" Gold Coast congress about to start, it will be time to plan ahead for 2025. My initial thoughts are to start with beginner's classes and follow up sessions, and to develop a mailing list to advertise events for club players, as my original thoughts for regular Sunday tournaments.
Stay tuned, and little things will grow, if I nurture them well!

Who can play on-line at 21st Century Bridge Club |
Any player who is an (active) member of the Australian Bridge Federation (ABF) can play in any session. You will need a partner for all of the sessions, who is also an (active) member of the ABF. The club can organise for a player to become a member of the ABF, or to re-activate their membership, with the payment of the required registration fee.
Payment for any session is made through the MyABF web-site, in advance of the session for YOU and PARTNER, using Bridge Credits or by credit card. YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER WITH MyABF TO USE THEIR WEB-SITE FOR THE FIRST TIME, details at My ABF - Dashboard. Session details, and for bookings, can be found on the MyABF web-site in their calendar FOR THE DATE OF OUR SESSION. All bookings must be made by ACTIVE members of the ABF.
Membership to the 21st Century Bridge Club is FREE to all active ABF members. If you are NOT an active ABF member, you will NEED to BECOME ONE TO PLAY in the 21st Century Bridge Club sessions. This club can organise for you to become an active ABF member BY PAYING THE RELEVANT FEES, approximately $35 from now and for 2025. This is the ABF capitation fee for 2025 plus the current South Australian Bridge Federation capitation fee. To become a member of the 21st Century Bridge Club, simply open the membership application form (on the Membership tab, in the Menu on the left-hand side of this page) and follow the instructions.
